Council housing within Stoke-on-Trent is managed and maintained by the city council in partnership with Kier Stoke.

We own and provide a range of landlord services to 18,500 properties and 363 leaseholders. In addition, we manage 1,100 garages and 55 shops. Tenants can get help from our local Centres, plus teams based at the 1 Smithfield. The services are also accessible via our call centre and one-stop shops, offering a range of council services.
