High-Rise Resident Building Engagement Strategy Consultation

Stoke-on-Trent City Council are consulting with residents of our high rise blocks (more than 7 storeys or 18 metres in height) in the city on our high-rise building safety resident engagement strategy. We own and manage 16 high-rise blocks and are responsible for ensuring that they are maintained and all safety concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

This survey will help us to understand your opinion on the draft High-Rise Engagement Strategy and what information about your building you want to receive and how you would like us to share this with you.

Feedback will be collected between 27 January 2025 to 16 February 2025. Once we have your feedback we will write a final strategy for each of the 16 high-rise blocks. Therefore it is important to have your say so that we can take account of how we engage with you about building safety in your particular block.

• We will use the information you give to inform the final version of the High Rise Engagement Strategy.

At Stoke-on-Trent City Council we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information for the purpose of this survey and for purposes required or allowed by law. When the council looks at the feedback from this survey, all responses will be anonymised. The anonymised feedback will be shared with decision makers at the City Council in order to present the final High Rise Resident Engagement Strategy for approval.
