Draft Housing Customer Engagement Strategy – Consultation Survey
Introduction
The draft Housing Customer Engagement Strategy sets out how we will strengthen our relationship with our customers. It is a pledge to ensure that every voice is heard as we shape the places we call home. The strategy has a particular focus on ensuring our processes are transparent and inclusive, reaching out to everyone in our diverse community. To help shape the strategy, we would like to know your views on its key messages which include: strengthening how we communicate with our customers, empowering customers to influence our services and promoting a sense of civic pride within our communities.
