This Privacy Policy sets out the data processing practices carried out by Stoke-on-Trent City Council related to its Feedback Centre, created to receive tenant feedback, experiences and surveys to support our work.

ABOUT US:
Council housing within Stoke-on-Trent is managed and maintained by the city council in partnership with Kier Stoke. We own and provide a range of landlord services to 18,500 properties and 363 leaseholders. In addition, we manage 1,100 garages and 55 shops.
Tenants can get help from our local Centres, plus teams based at the 1 Smithfield. The services are also accessible via our call centre and one-stop shops, offering a range of council services.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
We collect personal information from visitors to this website through the use of online forms and every time you email us your details. This is stored securely and electronically.
When you simply browse through the information on this website, it does not store or capture your personal information. We do log your IP address (as it is automatically recognised by the web server) but this is so you can download this website onto your device rather than for any tracking purpose.
